MTPO Sigma CO, the owner and operator of http://www.blank.im (the “Blank Site”), the Blank Software, or “Software” including Blank Messenger (collectively, including all content provided by Blank through Blank Messenger and the Blank Site, the “Blank Service”, or the “Service” or “Blank” or “we” or “us” or “our” or other similar pronouns), and you (“you” or “You”), a user of the Service.
By visiting this Site or using the Service, you are accepting the policies and practices described in this Policy, as such Policy may be amended from time to time. Each time you visit the Site or use the Service, you agree and expressly consent to our collection, use and disclosure of the information that you provide as described in this Policy.
If you do not agree to our practices, please do not use the Blank Site, Blank Software,or Blank Service.
1. Collection and Use of Information
1.1. Blank App
Blank may obtain the following types of information from or concerning you or your mobile phone device, which may include information that can be used to identify you as specified below (“Personally Identifying Information”):
When you install the Blank App or register on the Site, you will be asked to provide us with your phone number, name and to allow us access to your mobile device’s address book.
In order to provide the Blank Service, Blank will periodically access your address book or contact list on your mobile phone and a copy of the phone numbers and names in your address book (but not emails, notes or any other Personal Information in your address book) will be stored on our servers and will only be used to:
(a) indicate which of your contacts is already a Blank user,
(b) correctly display the name of each contact as it appears in your address book during incoming request.
The copy of your address book (names and phones) is stored on a live database. This database does not have a “historical backup”. If you delete the address book from our servers (more about this below), it will be deleted instantly and permanently.
Your phone number will be used for identification purposes as your Blank ID.
1.2. Cookies Information
Blank could use both session cookies and persistent cookies. You can reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, the Blank Site may not function properly if the ability to accept cookies is disabled.
1.3. Analytics Collection
When you use the Blank Site, our servers automatically record certain information that your web browser sends whenever you visit any website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser language, referring / exit pages and URLs, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, the date and time of your request, one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser, your phone number, phone number you are requesting the status of and various status information. When you use the Blank Service, our servers log certain general information that our application sends whenever a message is sent or received, or if you update or request any status information, including time and date stamps and the mobile phone numbers the messages were sent from and to.
2. Children’s Privacy
Blank websites and software clients are not intended for or designed to attract anyone under the age of 13 and we do not intentionally or knowingly collect Personal Information on our sites from anyone under the age of 13 (or older in some jurisdictions). We encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children to ensure that no information is collected from a child without parental permission.
We take reasonable precaution to protect Personal Information from misuse, loss and unauthorized access. Although we cannot guarantee that Personal Information will not be subject to unauthorized access, we have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in place to protect Personal Information. Personal Information is stored on our servers and protected by secured networks to which access is limited to a few authorized employees and personnel. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.
4. Third party links and plug-ins
Our Site and Software may also include links to third-party websites whose privacy practices may differ from those of Blank. If you submit personal information to any of those websites, your information is governed by the privacy statements on those websites. We encourage you to review the privacy statement of any site you visit.
If you use any plug-ins or third party applications together with the Blank software or use any third party applications or products that incorporate or embed the Blank software, the provider of such applications may obtain access to certain personal information about you. Blank does not and cannot control how the provider of applications may use any personal information in connection with such applications. We encourage you to review the privacy statement or other terms applicable to the use of such applications.
5. Note to International Users
The Blank Site and Service are hosted in the Russian Federation and is intended for and directed to users in the Russian Federation. If you are accessing the Website from the European Union, Asia, United States or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure, that differ from Russian Federation laws, please be advised that through your continued use of the Website, which is governed by Russian Federation law, this EULA, you are transferring your personal information to the Russian Federation and you consent to that transfer.
This EULA is written in English, although it may be translated into another language at sole discretion of Blank or by the requirement of law, the English version shall prevail.
7. In the Event of Merger, Sale, or Bankruptcy
In the event that Blank is acquired by or merged with a third party entity, we reserve the right to transfer or assign the information we have collected from our users as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control. In the event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors’ rights generally, we may not be able to control how your personal information is treated, transferred, or used.
